Taralli nzogn e pepe are typical Neapolitan dry salted biscuits, their peculiarity lies in the combination of the almonds' sweet taste is combined with the black pepper's spicy flavor. These Taralli have a very ancient history, when the bakers intertwined the bread's leftovers added a lard and black pepper. From 800 have been added the almonds, and it is under this guise that Neapolitan Taralli are known today.
